Cosmetic Injectables

Cosmetic Injectables

Cosmetic injectables are one of the most effective, non-surgical ways to refresh your appearance while preserving what makes you uniquely you. Injectables like Botox and dermal fillers soften signs of aging, restore balance to the face, and enhance natural features. Botox and dermal fillers can refresh your appearance while preserving natural movement and expression.

Botox® (Neuromodulators)

Botox and similar neuromodulators work by gently relaxing targeted facial muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles — the lines that form from repeated expressions such as frowning, squinting, or raising your brows.

Results typically can be seen within several days but can take up to 2 weeks. Results last about 3–4 months.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are made of hyaluronic acid which is a substance naturally found in your skin that attracts and retains moisture. As we age, we lose volume and structural support, leading to hollowing, sagging, and deeper folds.

Strategic placement can enhance lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, and under-eye areas while maintaining proportion and natural facial harmony.

PATIENT STORIES

TG, Age 55

Patient-specific goals
This patient came to the office hoping to improve the appearance of her jawline and neck. She noticed early skin laxity and vertical neck banding that made her profile appear less defined. She was interested in a subtle, non-surgical option to restore a smoother, more youthful contour.

Our Solution
After discussing her goals, we treated the platysma muscle and jawline using a neuromodulator in a technique commonly known as the Nefertiti neck lift. By relaxing the downward pull of the platysma, the treatment helped improve jawline definition and soften the appearance of neck bands. Within two weeks, she noticed a subtle smoother neckline and a more defined jawline while still maintaining a natural look.

DS, Age 57
Full Face Botox Balancing

Patient-specific goals
This 57-year-old woman noticed forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet. She felt her facial expressions were showing early signs of aging and scheduled a cosmetic injectable consultation to discuss options for softening these areas and achieving a more refreshed look.

Our Solution
We treated her upper face with Botox to restore a refreshed look. Injections targeted the frontalis, procerus, corrugator supercilii, and orbicularis oculi muscles. At two weeks, she noted subtle smoothing and a more rested appearance. Future sessions may address the lower face and neck to achieve a well-rounded look.

PA, Age 70
Lips / Oral Commissure

Patient-specific goals
This woman is a 70-year-old who noticed that her lips had lost volume and definition over time. Additionally, she was bothered by the lines around her mouth. She was hoping to restore some volume to the lips that she had lost due to aging.

Our Solution
We used Juvederm Volbella to gently enhance the lips, adding subtle hydration and softening fine lines. The same filler was used to improve folds extending from the corners of the mouth toward the jawline. The result was a soft, natural enhancement that complemented her features and maintained an age-appropriate appearance.

DP, Age 28
Overactive eye muscle

Patient-specific goals
This 28-year-old male presented with discomfort around the eyes and involuntary twitching of the left eyelid that began about four months ago. The twitching gradually became more noticeable, particularly during conversation. He was previously diagnosed with eyelid myokymia, a fine, involuntary twitching of the eyelid affecting the orbicularis oculi muscle.

Our Solution
We treated the orbicularis oculi muscle with neuromodulator injections to reduce muscle activity. Botulinum toxin is a first-line treatment with high success rates. Within a few weeks, he felt more comfortable and noticed less twitching. He plans to continue regular Botox treatments to maintain this result.

Botox before he says Yes!

BL, Age 29

Patient-specific goals
This 29-year-old male came to our office hoping for a refreshed appearance for his upcoming April 2026 wedding. He had begun noticing lines on his forehead and between the brows with facial expression. He also experiences TMJ discomfort and teeth grinding, contributing to tension in the jaw and upper face.

Our Solution
There was visible bilateral masseter hypertrophy. We treated the masseter muscles with neuromodulators to relieve jaw tension. For cosmetic improvement, Botox was placed in the frontalis, procerus, and corrugator muscles to soften forehead and frown lines, creating a smoother appearance ahead of his upcoming wedding.
